About me:

I am a wife, mother of two children and three dogs, insurance agent, writer, and suicide prevention activist. I live in the Pacific Northwest where I try to raise happy, healthy children and contribute, even if only in the smallest way, to the betterment of the world around me. I do not carrieconsider myself a “minimalist”, but rather, a “simplifier”. I am still early on my journey to simplification. But I’m making it at a rather peaceful and comfortable pace.

How I view simplicity:

  1. Fun to read Carrie – thanks too for your kind comments on my web site / Blog. It’s been good to see you show up and so helps to have a face for a potential audience. I tried to back your book – but the site you have to register on won’t let me in somehow. I’ve been around about 3 times now – filling in all the parts to register and typing in the “hidden letters” part. So – will try again when I’m not grumpy with it! But I do want your book to be finished, and successful. I”m excited to read it – I think you have an interesting angle.
